Syrup produced from le Cabin de Sucre
      We leave for Quebec in five days!!  I am going to be talking about "Le Cabane a Sucre".  I have heard a lot about it from my brother, Nick. He went last year and he told me that we will be trying different courses and will be given a small bowl of premium maple syrup to try with the food. It sounds very exciting!! We studied this a bit last year and saw how it is all done.
       For the most part, Canadian Maple syrup is made at this certain place and personally, I love it so i believe that this will be a highlight for me. Also, Nick had brought home some maple syrup butter and some premium maple syrup and they were ssoooo good. I wish to do the same. I wonder how much syrup they make? Or how many square feet they own?
